Returns & Refund Policy

You may cancel and return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Notify us at support@mccacons.shop and return the items within 14 days of telling us.

• Unopened, unused items in their original, resalable packaging can be returned for a refund.
• Tools that are unused and undamaged can be returned.

• Opened or partially used consumables — powders, plasters, paints, sealers, adhesives — cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons and are non-returnable once opened.
• Items mixed, tinted or otherwise altered after opening.
• This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping for faulty goods.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via our payment provider, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty item. Return shipping for a change of mind is your responsibility.

Some products are subject to dangerous-goods and regional shipping rules. Any such restriction is shown at checkout, and it may affect whether an item can be returned by post. Please contact us before returning flammable or hazardous items.

Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through our payment provider's standard process. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
